He is survived by: his grandson Sebastian Benjamin Andrew; his wife Barbara Belter; his children, Melissa Barker (David) of Ashville, NC, Michael Osmer (Brandi) of Joplin, MO, Anthony Belter, Ashley Belter and Brandy Harris (Brandon); his greatest grand blessings, Abbigail Belter, Maddelyn Belter and Sebastian Belter; and his pets, Prince Louis and Princess Penelope. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
