He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayburn Hall and Agnes Hall; his former wife Jodie Hall; and his granddaughter Caitlin Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sue Hall of Amarillo, TX; his children, Michael Hall of Howardwick, TX, Stephen Hall of Clarendon, TX and Kim Cook (Scotty) of Coppell, TX; his sister Myrtis Jones of Pampa, TX; and his grandchildren, Garrett Hall, Elliot Hall, Bailey Hall, Trevor Cook, Dawson Cook, Molly Parish, Caroline Rogers and David Boyd. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
