He is survived by: his mother A. H. "Bud" Tate; his wife Josephine Van Blommestein; his stepchildren, Rocky Van Blommestein and Sharon; his siblings, Steven Stevens of Albuquerque, NM, Raymond Stevens (Kim) of Amarillo and Mary Logan (Kent) of Dallas; his stepbrother Robert Tate of Oklahoma; and his stepdaughter Debbie Tate (Dennis Brewster) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
