He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Bush; his brother TJ Bush; and his stepfather Alexander Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Robin Bush of Amarillo; his daughters, Jessica Bush of Amarillo and Lexxi Bush of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Cash Koenig of Amarillo and Orion Bush of Amarillo; his mother Mary Erickson of Wichita, KS; and his siblings, Catherine Bush of Tomball, TX, Donald Bush of Wichita, KS and Laura (David Kalitta) of Belle Plaine, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
