He is survived by: his father Gerald Lebow of Pampa, TX; his close friend Susan Pearson of Amarillo, TX; his son Austin Lebow of Austin, TX; his sister Trisha Hughes (Russell) of Amarillo, TX; his niece Kayla Lumley (Skipper) of Amarillo, TX; his nephew Keenan Hughes (Jennifer) of Pampa, TX; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maci, Cora, Cooper, Creed, Tripp and Colton; Aubrey Theesfeld (Brandon), Cade and Macey Smith (Morgan).
