He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Alta; and his brother Roy. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Kim S.) of Texhoma, OK, Roger (Kim P.) of Guymon, OK, Tony McDaniel (Kim V.) of Grapevine and Kim Lively (Ron) of Guymon, OK; his grandchildren, Aaron (Lindsay), Matthew (Chelsea), Nathan (Britni), Kourtney (Michael), Ryan, Ashley (Bryan), Trevor (Shayla), Jack (Morgan), McKade and Tosha; and his great grandchildren, Myles, Sadie, Jovie, Rowdy, Tenley, Jet, Hank, Beau, Rowan, Rowelen, Owen and Gretchen.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Department of Memorial Donation, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
