He was predeceased by: his parents, Daulma Stribling and John Stribling Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Christian Ladd Stribling; his son Spencer Clayton Stribling; his stepchildren, Thomas Geren Ladd and Catherine Frances Ladd; and his siblings, Marda Stribling (Buz Buskirk) and Randy Stribling (Johnette). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
