He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Coats and Wilhelmenia Coats; and his brothers, Phillip Coats and Earnest Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his siblings, Barbara (Early) of Lancaster, Texas, Dewitt (Marty) of Albuquerque and Douglas (Jo Ann) of Albuquerque; his children, Daryal Williams (Endell) of Orlando and Sharon Williams of Amarillo, Texas; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Chelsy, Brandon Johnson of Amarillo, Talisha Aleman of Houston, Lanisha Baines and Daralyn Williams. He is also survived by his eleven great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
