He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ruth Manley; his son Gregory Eugene Manley; and his brothers, Joel, Marvin and Leon Manley.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Manley; his children, Todd Manley (Lyn), David Manley (Natascha), Jeff Manley (Emily) and Jill Gregg (Coy); his stepchildren, Tammy Ennis (David) and Dustin Watson (Melanie); and his sister Lenora Teaft. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as Penny's five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Khiva Shrine Travel Fund in his honor.
