He is survived by: his wife Cira Rodriguez Rivas; his children, Marina Muñiz (Jose), Gilberto Rivas, Lucas Rivas, Rocio Rivas, Camerino Rivas and Jose Osiel Rivas (Julia); his siblings, Lucas Rivas, Margarita Rivas, Juan Rivas, Isaias Rivas and Federico Rivas; his grandchildren, Jaime Rivas (Victoria), Aaron Martinez, Yasmin Rivas, Victoria Rivas, Ivette Rivas, Emily Muniz, Kaylen Rivas, Adam Rivas, Alex Rivas, Evan Muniz, Scott Mathes, Martha Mathes, Allison Womack (Bryce), Rachael Thomas (Ty) and Mitchell Hargraves (Marlee); and his great grandchildren, Aiden Rivas, Aaron Rivas, Arianna Rivas, Abigail Rivas, Mila Dyer and Liam Womack. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
