He is survived by: his wife Reenie Phelps; his son Nathan Phelps; his daughter-in-law Theresa; his daughter Lanae Lopez; his son-in-law Josh Lopez; his grandchildren, Braden Phelps, Gwendolyn Lopez, Cannon Lopez and Hazel Lopez; his siblings, Jackie Phelps and Connie Hair; and his cousin Gary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
