While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Gryder and Jackie Gryder. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gryder; his son Dustin Gryder (Lauren); his grandson Douglas; and his siblings, Darryl Gryder (Penny), Debra Glasgow (Tim) and Deanna Gryder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Samaritan's Purse (https://www.samaritanspurse.org) to assist those impacted by the recent devastating floods and others in need, or to the Texas Baptists Cooperative Program to support missions, evangelism, and ministry throughout Texas and around the world.
