She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil C. Standard and Laura "Russell" Standard; her husband Donald W. Phillips Sr.; and her granddaughter Amber Baker. She is survived by : her children, Don Phillips Jr. (Neva) of Breckenridge, TX., Ricky Phillips (Sharon) of Andrews, TX. and Cindy Folk of Andrews, TX.; and her sister Annette Alexander of Tow, TX.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
