It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Woodard of Angleton, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Woodard and Dean Woodard; his grandparents, Willie, Thelma Woodard and Rachel Griffis; his sisters, Becky Weaver Echols and Elizabeth Menard Hausner; his aunt Sue Wallace; and his niece Dianne Hanik Gilmore.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Morrow Woodard; his children, Jerod Woodard (Natalie) and Brad Woodard (Tracy); his granddaughters, Marjorie, Melissa, Catherine and Emma; his sister Vicki Ladewig; his godchildren, Justin and Jordan Massingill; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Weaver, Jason Ladewig, Josh Menard, Ashley Ladewig and Jade Munger; and his cousins, Dena Flynn and Kim Wallace.

Due to Covid 19 safety protocols, an open viewing is planned for Sunday, January 3, 2021, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, at Palms Funeral Home.
