He was predeceased by: his father Christian. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Cox (Pearce); his children, Barbara Hurst, Dwayne Cox (Janet), Dana Alsobrook (Sammy) and Ricky Cox; and his grandchildren, Kristin Hurst Hebron, Michael Hurst, Jonathan Hurst, Jessica Cox Steward, Benjamin Cox, Emma Cox Boothe, Daniel DeBerry, Debbie DeBerry, Laura Cox Whearley and Hannah Cox.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Palms Funeral Home (2300 E Mulberry St, Angleton, TX 77515).
