He was predeceased by: his parents, George Samuel and Clara Novella Ballard (Bridges); his wife Pamela Ballard (Pamela); and his siblings, Leon Ballard, Troice Ballard, Floice Ballard, Doyle Ballard, Maxine Hudspeth, Mary Hostak and Patricia Ballard.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Ballard (Lanae) and Patricia Petrosky; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Kitchens, Caden Ballard-Petrosky, Owen Ethridge, Jackson Ballard, Wyatt Ballard and Nicholas Ballard.
