It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Claudia Celeste Cooper (Angleton, Texas), who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Douglas and Anita Milner; and her husband Bertram Lee Cooper. She is survived by: her siblings, Norman Douglas, Rexford and Eunice Perry; her children, Raymond Darrell and Rita Claudette; her brothers, James Douglas and Russell Everett (Kathy); and her children, Danny Joe, James Dale, David Wayne and Roberta Celeste Hamby. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palms Funeral Home (2300 E Mulberry St, Angleton, TX 77515). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
