He is survived by: his fiancée Mary Hood; his grandchildren, Ashley Dover, Derek Martin, Rachel Sullins, Trishelle Griswold, Amber Germain, Hannah Lynn and Haley Chamblee; his siblings, Jacquelin Donohoo and Thomas (Debra Glass); Donna, Chris Martin, Steve Germain, Stacey and Bobby Brister. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
