He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Baxley and Billie J. Rhoden Baxley; and his son-in-law Dale Willy. He is survived by: his daughter Kristy M. Baxley; his granddaughter Zoey N. McDaniel; his sister Terri Willy; his nephew Dustin Willy (Crystal Willy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trey Rodriguez and Aria Willy.
