He is survived by: his sons, Ky Lynn Lebow and Cody Ray Lebow; his daughter-in-law Yvette Pena; his grandchildren, Aleynna Kylee Lebow, Zalynn Brae Lebow and Torrin Dwight Lebow; his stepgrandsons, Gavin and Xavier Castellano; and his niece Annette Mallie Musick. He is also survived by friends and former coworkers.
