He is survived by: his sons, Mark Briggs (Susan) of Lake Jackson, Bryan Briggs (Brandi) of Danbury and Steven Briggs (Ashie) of Lake Jackson; his grandchildren, Trish, Nicholas, Katelyn of Danbury, Kevin, Eric of Pearland and Taylor Briggs (Kayla) of Lake Jackson; his great grandchild Dakota Briggs of Lake Jackson; and his brother Sam Briggs of San Antonio. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
