He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Byrd and Alma Senter Mink; and his siblings, Grady Mink, Doris Larson, Annabelle Bogema and Iva June Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, David Mink (Frannie), Lori Mink Patterson (Joe) and Keith Mink (Danielle); his grandchildren, Cassie Mink, Mallory Waters (Kris), Kaleb Mink (Ashley), Kassidy Mink, Alexa Patterson, Noah Mink (Avery) and Hannah Mink; his great grandchildren, Eleanor Horne, Logan Waters, Elizabeth Waters and Parker Mink; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Floyd and BJ Floyd.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Palms Funeral Home (2300 E Mulberry St, Angleton, TX 77515).
