She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ruzicka and Annie Ruzicka (Juris); her husband Don Henry Moff; and her sisters, Gladys Hubenak (Ruzicka) and Marie Labay (Ruzicka).

She is survived by: her children, Tamara Lynn Gandy (Moff) of Georgetown and Don Moff Jr. (Kathy) of Beaumont, Texas; her grandchildren, Ryan Gandy (Samantha), Mackenzie Lear (Ryan), Alexandria "Alli" Moff and Don Henry "Trey" Moff III; her great grandchildren, Elliott, Duncan, Wren and Walter; and her brother Franklin Ruzicka of El Campo, Texas..
