He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Schultz and Agnes Schultz; and his brothers, Monroe, Jr., Harvey Gene and Roy Olan.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine; and his children, James Allen, Jr., Larry Wayne and Crystal Louise (Campbell). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
