He is survived by: his wife San Juanita "Janie" Salinas; his children, Filiberto Fernando Salinas (Sarah Salinas), Luis Alberto Salinas (Nikki Valdez) and Christina Marie Robinson; his adoptive daughter Dominique Nicole Miller (Greg Miller); his grandchildren, Robert Luis Salinas, Damian Michael Robinson, Joshua Rene Salinas, Christian Xavier Robinson, Ca'Siah Ford, Cattaleya Silva, Rafael Peace Salinas and Cah'Lani Miller; his great grandchildren, Isla Jasmine Salinas and Robert Jose Salinas; and his siblings, Teresa Salinas, Hermila Obregon (Victor Obregon), Rene Salinas (Yolanda Salinas) and Genaro Salinas. He is also survived by many loving cousins, in-laws, extended family members, and friends.
