She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest W. Garner and Norma Garner (Webber); her husband Henry DeVries, III; her daughters, Michelle Garza (Rene) and Denise Strickland (Vince); her siblings, Sheila Noland, Butch Garner and Randy Garner; and her grandchildren, Crystal Ellis, Brandon Ellis, Brittany McGill and Chase Strickland.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Judy's name to either Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church located in Angleton, Texas or Angels Care Hospice located in Bay City, Texas.
