He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Hewitt and Norma Hewitt; his wife Syble Marie Hewitt (Westbrook); and his brother William "Bill" Hewitt. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Hewitt (Melanie) and Nolan Hewitt (Tara); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brendan, Haylea, Benaiah, Caleb and David; and his brother Howard Hewitt (Marilou).
