He is survived by: his son LaWayne O'shea Ross; his uncle Robert Milton Lee; his parents, Randy Ross and Yolanda Ross; his brother Ryan Ross (Corina); his grandparents, Tommy, Barbara Bradshaw, Silver Ross and Randy Ross Sr.; his nephew Adrian Ross; his niece Amari Gonzalez; his aunts, Dr. Kalonda Bradshaw, Darlonda Bradshaw, Martha Lee, Cheryl Ross (Charles) and Kimberly Ross (Jessica); his brother Corey Williams Jr.; his cousins, Lawrence Moore, LaTisha Green, Bethany Moore, Mya Singleton, Ciara Williams, Corriann Williams, Carrissa Williams, Carie Williams, Colanda Williams, Cason Williams, Brook and Hill; his girlfriend Kayla Marshall; and his close friends, Drew Lowery, Keith of Washington, Ridge Barnett, Jordan Tolbert, Jordan Carter and Caylan Henry. He is also survived by cousins, friends.

On September 7, 2021 LaWayne transitioned to his eternal home after a brave fight against COVID-19.
