He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Forge and L. A. Banks; his stepfather Ober Forge; his sister Joyce Smith; and his close friend Thelma Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Lyndell Hall, Jr. (Lynn), Cortney Hall and Crystal Hall; the mother of his children Carrie Hall; and his daughter Breanna Hall (Rene III). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
