He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Garner and Hazel Garner (Blair); and his sister Sharon Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Garner (Stover); and his children, Wayne Fletcher (Amy), Jason Garner, Angela Huckaby (Paul) and Sherri Cruise. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
