He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Dorothy Thomas (Vaughn), Verda King (Butch) and DeWanna Sam (John); his stepdaughter-in-law Ella King; and his stepgrandchildren, Sharon Ward (Harold), Latonya Wilson (Michael), Temesha Thompson (Tramaine), Davis Grear and David King, Jr. (Veronica).
