As Phyllis departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Phyllis. Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her father John Larry Brann; and her husband James Moser. She is survived by: her mother Jeanette Larue Brann; her children, Kevin Neal (Alicia), Bryan Neal (Mandy) and Bonnie Thomas (Shawn); her grandchildren, Brandon, Reilly, Brody and Sadie; and her brothers, Lawrence Alan Brann (Jack Johnson) and William Thomas Brann. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
