He is survived by: his wife Lisa Stevens; his children, Chris Polk (Cathy) of Anson, TX, Jory Polk, Kerri Sprecher (Shawn) of Abilene, TX, Bretton Vickers Stamford (Krista) and Nicholas Lopez of Lueders, TX; and his siblings, James Polk of Colorado Springs, CO and Patsy Lampe (Cecil) of Abilene, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
