He was predeceased by : his parents, Guadalupe Lechuga and Jose Jesus Ortega; his daughter Sharon Ortega; and his brother Joe Ortega. He is survived by : his wife Debra Kay Ortega; and his children, Joshua Ortega (Samantha), John Ortega, Alex Chavez and Stephanie Davis (Simon).
