He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Garcia and Ninfa Garcia; and his sister Yolanda Garcia Sanchez. He is survived by: his siblings, Pedro Garcia Jr. (Julia) of Lubbock, Andres Garcia of Lubbock and Matilda Elizondo (Frank) of Anton, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nephews, a niece.
