He was predeceased by : his grandparents, John Riley Waters, Junior Price and Carol Price; his uncles, Curtis Waters and Marcus Connelly; and his cousin Mia Waters.

He is survived by : his parents, Terry Waters and Lou Ann Waters; his son August; his wife Lauren Waters; his sister Julie Lystad (Ryan); his nephew Kale Lundy; his niece Kora Lystad; and his grandmother Lillie Waters.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to support August and Davis' future.
