He was predeceased by: his father Charlie Evans. He is survived by: his wife Randa Evans; his children, Amy Evans, Jack Evans, Amber Evans, Thomas Evans (Valerie) and Edward Goff; his mother Betty Evans Lucas; his siblings, Jay Evans (Patty), Tammy Evans and Al Evans; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Ivie, Tristan Evans, Price Evans, Chance Evans, Michael McCartney, Layla Evans, Levi Evans, Alex Goff, Kali Goff, Lance Goff and Dakota Goff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
