He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughter Brandi Nicole Haverlock (Chad); his grandson Dominic Adam Scannell; his brother Michael Lucas (Carol); and his cousin Jeanie Hedlund (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to help with funeral and medical expenses due to his untimely death.
