He is survived by: his mother Linda Ross; his brother Mike Forrest (Rachel); his children, Timothy Adams, Amanda Nicole Forrest, Harley Cole Short (Grace) and Waylon Cole Forrest; his grandsons, Austin Kingery and Langston Short; his nephews, Michael Tyler and Skylar Forrest; his close friends, Norma Forrest, Angie Short, Shani Medina, Andrea Williamson, Okie Adkins, Don Bryant, Bobbie Bryant, Rex Sowards, Tommie Bryant, Sid Bryant, Mark, Debra Spurlock, Nate Spurlock, Fred Bartrum, Tammy Dun, Michael Canter and Willie Canter; and his godsons, Allen and Anthony Bryant.
