He is survived by: his wife Janice Bailey of Aransas Pass, Texas; his children, Lawrence Ray Bailey, III, Andrew Martin Bailey of Ohio, Sean Paul Waggoner of Houston, Texas, Ryan John Waggoner of Austin, Texas and Valerie Jean Norman of Florida; his grandchildren, Hannah Bailey, Lucas Bailey, Jacob Bailey and Paisley Norman; his mother Gretchen Soards (Wallbrecht) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his siblings, William Albert Bailey of Dallas, Texas, Leslie Marie McHugh of Nicholsonville, KY and Ara Lynne Miller of Ohio; his stepmother Ruby Bailey of South Carolina; and his stepsister Wanda Price (Rob) of South Carolina. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
