He was predeceased by: his parents, O. V. Dye Jr. and Myrtle Andrews-Dye; and his brothers, Carlton and Drew Dye. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jennifer Thurman (Robert), Brandy Luke, Samantha Williams, Daniel Kratavil, Robin Frye (Charles) and Gina Dye; his grandchildren, Breanna Gonzales (Carter), Madison Torres (Joshua), Caleb Gutierrez (Audrey), Robby Thurman, Larissa Gutierrez, Kellan Kratavil, Makayla Frye and Myles Dye; his siblings, Jim, Ronald, Sue and George Anna; his aunts, Gloria and Linda; and his uncle Mack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The military honors will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Charlie Marshalls Funeral Home (2003 W Wheeler Ave, Aransas Pass, TX 78336).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local Masonic Lodge or Schriners International.
