She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Wilborn Nivens and Mary Dorothy Grissom Nivens; her daughter Brenda Goforth; and her brothers, Billy Wayne Nivens and Lloyd Nivens.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Meyer of Wichita Falls, Doyle Meyer of West Monroe, Louisiana, Beverly Southard (Chester) of Archer City and Rhonda Russell (Robert) of St. Matthews; her siblings, Linda Wolter of Archer City and Sammie L. Nivens (Jean) of Ryan, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Chris, Khristal, Ashley, Cameron, Kari, Erica, Traci, Shae and Austin. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
