She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Sherley and Addie Ruth Sherley; her husband Tyson Phillips; and her granddaughter Kesha Reed. She is survived by: her sisters, Peggy Demel (Billy) and Linda King; her daughters, Tammy Lowery, Toni DeLeon and Tori Beago (Chuck); her grandchildren, Maegan Reed, Darian, Anthony DeLeon, Brynli Carder, Bryce, Brynlee and Braden Beago; her nieces, Missy Mankins, Lori Davis and Whitney Zubriate; and her nephew Jonathan King. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
