He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Yates and Harriet Severn Yates; and his brothers, Wade (Gaspersich) and Cecil Yates. He is survived by: his wife Mary D. Yates of Argyle; and his siblings, Gail Pack of Lakeland, Walter Yates (Marrian) of Klondike and Daniel Yates (Robin) of Unionville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
