She is survived by: her brother Joe Moore (Janet Kay) of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; her children, Mike Hayden (Lovella) of Shell Knob, Missouri, Debra Kaylor (Dan) of Arlington, Texas and David Hayden (Jana) of Red Oak, Texas; her grandchildren, Carrie Brecto (Jason), Leslie Crawford, Jonathan Kaylor (Caitlin), Jordan Kaylor (Jade), Jerid Hayden, Joshua Hayden (Kelsey), Jacob Hayden (Meagan) and Jami Harwell (Ethan); her great grandchildren, Noel, Timothy Brecto, Erin Gardella, Eisley, Jonah Kaylor, James Kaylor, Jayton Woody, Justin Hayden, Averi and Isla Hayden; her niece Cynthia Hamilton (Randy); and her nephew Tim Moore (Angie).
