He is survived by: his siblings, Christy Taylor, Tracy McCurty, Christopher Respass (Charmaine) and Mark Miller (Dorellia); his daughter Kyrah Ford Lloyd; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Taylor II, Jalen Taylor, Toumani McCurty, CJ Respass (Jasz), Zuri McCurty, Amber Garrett (Elton), Lauren Broussard, Trinity Miller, Leila Miller and Eliana Miller; his aunts and uncles, James Lloyd, Frank Lewis, Catherine Perry and Lorna Loyd; his cousins, Marian Clanton, Frank Lewis III (Tasha), Jersan Ward (Jimmy), Johnny Carter, Christopher Lewis and Mason Lewis; and his aunts, Mary Helen Cain and Wanda Jones.

He worked at Beryl Corporation, where for over a decade he was a physician referral advisor for the National Kidney Foundation.
