She is survived by: her husband Michael Forkner (Mike); her children, Shena Hardy (Bryan) and Joseph Forkner; her grandson Brennan Hardy of Arlington Texas; her sister Virginia Ness of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.; her stepsister Carol Kasten (George) of Columbus; her mother-in-law Eva Forkner of Columbus, Kansas.; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Oplotnik (Dennis) of Columbus, Kansas. and Ron Forkner (Cindy) of Nevada Texas.
