Though Cindy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cindy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Psencik and Bernard Psencik. She is survived by: her husband Charles Milburn; her daughters, Kristen Nieting, Karlie Milburn and Kara Connor (Tim Connor); her grandchildren, Cade and Quinn Connor; and her brother Phil Psencik.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home and Crematory (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Creekwood Church (7701 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Mansfield ISD Education Foundation for a Memorial Scholarship.
