She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gregory and Annie Minton Gregory; her husband Steve Goins; and her siblings, Oakley Gregory, Vasco Gregory, Eddie Mae Gregory, Julia Gregory Jones, Delia Gregory Hatfield, Steve Gregory, Ruby Gregory Goins, Sammie Gregory, Geneva Gregory Carpenter and James Gregory.

She is survived by: her son Johnny Goins; her daughter-in-law Alita Garrett Goins; her grandchildren, Amethyst Grace Goins McArthur (James McArthur) and Anastasia Faith Goins Cline (Michael Cline); her great grandchildren, Thalia Ann Cline and Memory Beth Cline; and her siblings, Lucy Gregory Goins and Denford Gregory. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Rush Creek Church (817-468-7729) in honor of Cora's life and legacy of service.
