He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Amanda Zacca (Shaun Zacca) and David Moore, Jr.; his siblings, Michael Moore (Cynthia Moore) and Kimberly Moore; his grandchildren, Daniel Alexander Zacca (Breanna Zacca), Katrina Nicole Zacca and Kaitlyn Christine Beck (Chance Beck); and his great grandchildren, MacKenzie Kalyn Zacca, Logan Alexander Zacca and Maci Noelle Zacca. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
